By purchasing a product from fraserswashing.co.nz, you agree to the following terms:

 

📦 Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in NZD and include GST.

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout via our secure payment system.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified.

     

🚚 Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once dispatched.

     

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Return shipping costs (if required) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

     

📬 Lost or Missing Orders

  • If your package hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us. We'll do our best to assist with tracking and resolution.
