Choosing vehicle-washing equipment starts with the parts you need: a bucket, washing head and suitable handle, plus separate tools for wheels. What comes in the 20L vehicle wash kit?
The kit includes a blue 20L round cleaning bucket, a Browns AY350 25cm vehicle wash head and a Browns BN231S 1.35m EVA soft-grip handle. These are the three listed components. A wheel-cleaning tool, extension pole and additional accessories are sold separately.
Choose the kit if you need the bucket, washing head and handle together. If you already have some of these parts, compare the individual listings and check the condition and compatibility of the equipment you plan to keep.
A standard handle or a water-flow pole?
The kit's BN231S handle provides a fixed 1.35m dip-and-wash setup. A water-flow setup needs a compatible pole, washing head and the correct connections. Buying a water-flow head on its own does not supply a complete water-flow system.
The AY350 head is listed for use with selected water-flow extension handles and can also be used for dip-and-wash cleaning on a compatible standard handle. For a pole setup, confirm the exact head, pole and fitting combination before purchasing.
Browns wet/dry extension poles are listed in 1.2–2.4m, 1.8–3.6m, 2.0–5.4m and 2.5–7.3m ranges. These are pole lengths, not guaranteed working heights. Consider the space available and a length you can control comfortably; a longer pole is not automatically the right choice.
Check the fitting by product code
BB399 is a threaded fitting for compatible Browns Stick Up handles and washing heads. BB398P is a different adaptor intended for compatible T-bars and squeegees. Check both ends of the connection and whether the fitting is included in your chosen setup. Do not assume that similar-looking parts from different brands fit together.
Keep wheel-cleaning tools separate
The Browns AT171 wheel-cleaning tool is sold separately from the vehicle wash kit. Use dedicated equipment for wheels so wheel dirt is not transferred to the vehicle body. Check the vehicle, wheel and coating manufacturers' care instructions before choosing cleaning tools or products.
