• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• To request a return, email fraserswashing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. Please contact us with details and photos of the issue.
