📦 Orders & Payment

• All prices are in NZD and include GST.

• Orders must be paid in full at checkout via our secure payment system.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once dispatched.

• If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
